Looksmart Alterations

After trying to visit the other alterations business in the centre I found looksmart.They were friendly and engaging, such a lovely team there!!

Zero stars. I drove 5 hours from a regional town to get alterations done to my wedding dress because at the time there was nobody local. I wanted boning put in, I was told this was not possible, I also had the dress taken in and lace applied to certain areas. She put the sale through as an 'evening dress', she admitted that if it was put through as a 'wedding dress' it would cost more. After around 6 weeks I was told the dress was ready, I drove another 5hrs to pick up the dress but not all the work which was discussed had been completed. I went down a second time to pick up the dress, this time the work had been completed to a poor standard and a stain was visible on the front of the dress. I recently was able to take it to someone local and they have redone everything because of low quality, boning was also not a problem and an easy fix.

The lovely lady's at look smart went above and beyond to tailor my suit to fit perfectly on the wedding day can't thank them enough. For all your alterations go to look smart Whitfords the girls do an amazing job best ever pomp

Drove specially to Whitfords to fetch my drycleaning 5 hours after it was scheduled to be ready for pick up. I was told it is still not ready and they will call me to tell me when I can fetch it. It would have been nice to have received a call this morning to save me a trip, especially given the high price of dry cleaning the garment.

Very happy with the work done by Sima and her team. I asked for a boat cover to be slightly altered which no one wanted to take on. I didn't care if it didn't work. But these guys did an amazing job and for an affordable price.

Excellent tailoring services!!! I bought this beautiful Zimmerman dress and it was a little too short for my liking, took them for an alteration and they did a miracle!!!! It looks stunning, super elegant with the right length now…not to mention all the pants that I had done adjustments on the waist and length, they now look perfect on me - super happy! High quality services worth the money for you nice clothing!
