AM PM tailoring are the best I’ve ever been to. They are very friendly and don’t over charge as others do. They have always been able to custom make or alter any outfit I’ve taken to them, even dresses that other tailors were not able to alter. They are simply the best in Perth as far as I’m concerned. I highly recommend them.

I purchased a $600 casual jacket and was very nervous to have it altered to be honest. My fears were not worth the worry. From the minute I walked into the shop, I was greeted by Ben with a huge friendly smile and firm handshake. I needed the jacket in two days, Ben did not let me down. The jacket fitted perfect, my worry for my short arms was not warranted :-)Thank you again. It was worth my drive from Joondalup, and will do so in the future.Shawn

I was curious about this place when I saw that it received a lot of positive reviews. As much as I'd like to leave a positive review, my experience was different from most.I came to have my pants altered and picked up the same day. The man, who was clearly not very eloquent in English, told me that I will be contacted by mobile when my pants was ready. An hour before store the closes, I still haven’t received any text or call. So I called, and the same man told me that my pants was ready. No apology or explanation whatsoever about why I wasn’t notified. When I went back to pick up my pants, the man said that they don't notify customers about pick ups at all. I asked why he had asked me to note down my number earlier when I handed over my pants, and he just went silent.One thing that I concur with the other reviews was the pricing. The pricing for the alteration was very reasonable. The pricing is great, but the customer service is a let down. I wouldn't mind paying a bit extra and visiting other tailor shops, if they can provide a better customer service. Personally, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone else, unless they are only after saving a bit of $$$.

First time getting my skirt altered at this store and I am very happy with the result. They have altered my skirt perfectly for me within a day. The staff are very friendly and helpful that made my first time experience easy and smooth. The pricing was good and reasonable and it’s amazing how they quickly they got my skirt ready and they have done it beautifully. Overall I would definitely come here again :)

Zerlina created a silk Melbourne cup dress last minute for me & the dress turned out EXACTLY as the copy.Friendly service for alterations but amazing seamstress. Highly recommended!

I have been seeing Zerlina for the past 18 months for various alterations and also to make a number of clothes from scratch (including two of my wedding dresses). Words cannot describe how incredibly grateful I am to have found her! Her work is faultless and she is so knowledgeable of her craft. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Zerlina is amazing! She has made me four dresses now, using silk chiffon and other delicate fabrics. They all look, fit and are finished beautifully. Her alterations are equally as masterful! She is one hell of a talented maker and creator! Highly recommend.
